Die Bibliothek für Klassische Archäologie wurde am 14. Juli 1989 gemäß § 85 Abs. 3UOG als Fachbibliothek der Universitätsbibliothek Wien eingerichtet.

Organisation

Präsenzbibliothek nur Wochenendentlehnung; Sie befindet sich seit 1988 in den Räumen der ehemaligen Hochschule für Welthandel. Der Buchbestand der Fachbibliothek ist gemeinsam mit dem Buchbestand des Österreichischen Archäologischen Instituts (ÖAI) aufgestellt.
