Indiana Historical Society

To promote public awareness and appreciation of Indiana history, the Indiana Historical Society collects, preserves, interprets, and disseminates documentary and visual evidence and supports scholarly research. The website informs about the Society's manifold activities (conferences, workshops, exhibitions, publications etc.) and about its educational and library services. Detailed information on the library's holdings (Manuscripts & Archives, Printed Collections, and Visual Collections) are provided.
