Kentuckiana Digital Library

The Kentuckiana Digital Library is built to enhance scholarship, research and lifelong learning through the establishment of permanent access to shared digital archival collections in the state of Kentucky. It also provides guidance and instruction for Kentucky libraries, archives, historical societies and museums on applying appropriate technologies used in the production of digital library resources. [...] The Kentuckiana Digital Library is a digital library of primary sources and access aids selected by Kentucky archivists representing 15 Kentucky colleges, universities, libraries and historical society repositories. [It] currently comprises archival collection finding aids, electronic texts, digital photographs, and digital audio files. For a quick access the resources are browsable by subject and searchable by simple keywords. The site also offers an advanced search with elaborate search options.
