510 years after Niccolò Machiavelli wrote possibly the most beautiful letter in Italian literature on 10 December 1513, the web portal machiavellianotium.org presents the results of a multi-year research project on the correspondence of the quondam segretario. This is a sub-project of the Freiburg CRC 1015 Otium, which focuses on the strategically staged and realized leisure in the letters.
